Well there is good news for Casey. She is at home and will continue with outpatient therapy. They should be able to come to her home for therapy since her diving leg makes it impossible for her to drive herself to VanMetre. Thanks for the update on Cassie AND for including the link to the newspaper article. I was very proud of Bill and his comments and this certainly IS something that would change someone's life, that's for sure. No doubt she has been "renewed" about her purpose here on earth...
Let's hope we all can understand OUR purpose as well without such a tragic accident to teach us...

Great article! I was talking to Mom the other day, and she had a really good idea. Bill - you should write a story about this for the Reader's Digest. With your ability to paint a picture with words, it's a shoe-in, guaranteed to touch the hearts of everyone who would read it.
If you could post Casey's home address, I'd love to send her something. Also, please keep us updated on anything you are doing to thank Casey's "Angels" I would like to help in any way I can.
