I was at Mom's this past weekend, and when I got home on Monday I found buds in the backyard. I have taken some pictures to let you all know that spring is on the way. Can anyone identify what is growing here? I do not know what it is, since it was already planted before I moved in.

These are called Mother Hen 'N Chicks. They're very good for rock gardens and bad soil... They grow like weeds!
They don't flower or anything... what you see right there is all they do. They just keep multiplying and they'll actually start growing on top of each other!
