I was able to catch some video of Ashlynn crawling today. The video was taken on my phone so it is a bit choppy, but you can still see how quick she is. It won't be long and she will be walking.

Amy, Thank you for posting my Monday workout routine. It is the best execise you can do. I get a little cardio and plenty of stretching, with a sprinkle of weight lifting. Great all around workout to srart the week. Oh and don't forget to reward yourself after a good workout with a little liquid refreshment (water/drool what's the difference.) Love, Mom
